Prema is a one of-a-kind nutritionist. She is highly knowledgeable on the functions of the body and how using different food and supplements are able to re-create balance and harmony between the different body functions. After contracting sepsis from Strep A, I was in the intensive care unit (ITU) for 3 weeks. When I was discharged, I was a lot better but was still suffering from retching, fatigue, a loss of appetite and general fatigue. 3 weeks into the nutrition programme that Prema had suggested, and the vomiting had stopped. I felt more energised and had an improvement in bowel function. I had some initial reservations as to whether a change in my diet would help but am very grateful to have followed the programme as I have seen such an improvement in how I feel. I even stopped taking my PPI medications. I enjoy working with Prema to improve my diet where she would send me recipes that fit with my busy lifestyle as a mum of 2 small children. I love her humour and how she has changed some of my views on how much diet and stress can affect sleep, mood and the recovery process. Some of the best results I’ve had from working with Prema is that I feel a lot more energised, calmer and positive. I’ve even started going swimming again!

I can’t thank you enough for your support in managing my whole being especially stress. 

Before I worked with Prema, I was working on adrenaline with a stressful job as a Support worker to adults with Learning Disabilities acquired during COVID because I lost all my earnings as self-employed Reflexologist with no compensation as I had only been self-employed for just over 2 years. With a husband with chronic heart disease & mental illness, I found myself juggling with family life, work & coursework too. I was tired, stressed, sleep deprived & in need of help. 

When I reached out to Prema, I had exhausted my self-help options and was open for more alternative therapies.

I consulted Prema earlier this year due to my extremely stressful and uncomfortable night-sweat, hot flashes, palpitations, anemia and shortness of breath.

Prema was thorough, considerate and gentle during the consultation.I felt free and opening up about my condition was easy. The supplements she prescribed regulate my long term anaemia. She also worked with my GP by sending a referral for further investigation.

Prema worked with me to see some of the unhealthy habits I unconsciously had. She helped in improving my sleep patterns as well as my eating habits. I have since adapted to more sustainable and realistic healthy habits especially when it comes to food, sleep and exercise.

I consulted Prema as I had trouble sleeping, stress, irregular bowel movement and weight gain.
I had no reservations/concern with my consultation with Prema  She was very informative and well explained.
It took Around 2 weeks to see my results as I was very determined to follow Prema’s recommendations. The manner in which it was conducted was very helpful and made me feel comfortable to share my concerns and feelings. Very enjoyable working with Prema. I was very familiar with coaching so I wondered how the session would go compared to other coaches I had in the past.

Dear Prema, 

Thank you for taking time to complete my iridology consultation. My goal was to reduce bloating and reduce stress levels. I knew relatively little about iridology however Prema explained the different elements which was very interesting. You suggested to me to incorporate dry skin brushing before showers, reduce fruit sugars and avoid eating carbohydrates. Also taking digestive enzymes with meals would support the digestion.

Also animal protein would be best taken separately from other foods to easy pancreatic function. Sun exposure and lymphatic massage to help support my immune and lung function. 

I started to feel a difference within 2 weeks of initiating Prema's advice. Now, I barely have bloating after meals and I take time in the morning doing dry skin brushing which is a calming and relaxing way to start the day. 

I am looking forward to a follow up consultation soon, to review my progression.

Before I started working with Prema, I was unsure about how to optimize my nutrition. I found myself snacking quite a lot, yet I wasn't sure if I was fueling myself adequately for the amount of training I was doing. Additionally, I wanted to ensure that as I approached perimenopause, I was giving myself the best chance of preparing my body for the upcoming changes. I often felt fatigued, and I noticed that my muscle recovery was poor after working out.

I didn't really have any reservations or concerns about working with Prema. It took a while to see results, as I had to make some adjustments to my diet; therefore, change wouldn't have happened immediately—probably a few weeks, but it was worth it!

Prema was very calm and reassuring. It was nice to spend time talking about my diet and exercise and having a fresh pair of eyes point out areas that needed improvement. For example, I realized that I wasn't eating enough leafy green vegetables.

Working with Prema has been great. I appreciated the handouts given to me during the session and the time taken with the follow-ups. Prema taught me tips to help process fat and aid digestion, encouraged me to eat more protein and vegetables, and helped me realize where I could improve to stay on track.

Following my food diary showed me where I could improve and helped me stay on track, especially with incorporating more protein and leafy vegetables into my diet.
