The first step is to book a free 15-minute discovery call with me, during which we will discuss your health concerns and what I offer. If you are satisfied and feel that I am the right fit for you, we can proceed to book an appointment.
I will send you comprehensive health history forms and my terms of engagement to complete. This will provide me with insight into your health history before we meet and allow me to tailor a personalized treatment plan for you.
Whether we meet in person or online for a 60 minute consultation, after reviewing your forms, I may have additional specific questions to ensure a more accurate understanding of your needs. This will also give you an opportunity to share any additional health concerns or ask questions.
After gathering your information, I will use the relevant details you have provided to create a comprehensive plan and formulate a roadmap for improving your health as soon as possible. Rest assured, I prioritize working collaboratively with my clients to empower them without causing significant disruptions to their lifestyle and dietary needs.
You will receive a detailed write-up that bridges the gap between science and nutrition, ensuring clarity for an immediate start to the plan. Additionally, health coaching and recommended functional testing will be provided if needed.
I understand it can be overwhelming, so we will schedule a weekly follow-up to ensure everything is going well.
