23 years as Registered Nurse turned Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach and Iridologist.
My passion for nutrition ignited when I witnessed my son thriving on the diet I provided at the age of 6 months. Uncertain about the weaning process, I turned to a book authored by Renee Elliot, following its guidance diligently. This led me to discover unfamiliar foods like quinoa and millet, prompting further research into their benefits. Despite my part-time nursing job, my growing curiosity about nutrition motivated me to pursue a comprehensive nutrition course for a deeper understanding at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

During my studies, the juggling act of academics and family life took a toll, manifesting as stress-related health issues, including anxiety, brain fog, and fatigue. Seeking a solution, I consulted with a qualified nutritional therapist and herbalist, who, over a 6 month period, revolutionized my life by introducing dietary changes and herbal tinctures. This holistic approach helped me navigate my health challenges without resorting to conventional medicine.

As I continue on my path, combining my 23 years nursing background with my newfound knowledge in nutrition and naturopathy, I have the potential to make a significant impact on your health and well-being. My personal experience adds authenticity to my understanding, making me a relatable and empathetic practitioner. Remember, the field of nutrition is continually evolving, and my ongoing curiosity and commitment to learning will undoubtedly contribute to my success in helping you on your health journeys.
